Tamarind Tequila Popsicle
Ingredients for 8 servings
- 2 cups of La Finca Harvest Tamarind puree
- 6 cups of water
- Tequila
- Tajín
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the tamarind puree and water. Blend until you have a smooth tamarind mixture. The ratio will be 1 part of puree and three parts of water.
- In a separate container, mix the tequila with the tamarind mixture. Adjust the amount of tequila to your desired level of flavor and alcohol content.
- Pour the tamarind and tequila mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top.
- Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
- Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze completely, usually for several hours or overnight.
- Once the paletas are frozen, remove them from the molds.
- Finally, sprinkle Tajin on the paletas for a spicy and tangy finish.
