Tamarind Tequila Popsicle

Ingredients for 8 servings

  • 2 cups of La Finca Harvest Tamarind puree
  • 6 cups of water
  • Tequila
  • Tajín

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the tamarind puree and water. Blend until you have a smooth tamarind mixture. The ratio will be 1 part of puree and three parts of water.
  2. In a separate container, mix the tequila with the tamarind mixture. Adjust the amount of tequila to your desired level of flavor and alcohol content.
  3. Pour the tamarind and tequila mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze completely, usually for several hours or overnight.
  6. Once the paletas are frozen, remove them from the molds.
  7. Finally, sprinkle Tajin on the paletas for a spicy and tangy finish.
