Soursop Mousse

Ingredients for 4-6 servings

  • 2 cups of La Finca Harvest Soursop puree
  • La Finca Harvest blackberry puree for decoration
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Two packets of unflavored gelatin (about 14 grams)
  • 1/4 cup of water

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the gelatin in 1/4 cup of water according to the package instructions.
  2. Combine the soursop puree, heavy cream, dissolved gelatin, and sugar, if needed, in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into serving glasses or bowls.
  4. Allow the mixture to set in the refrigerator for a few hours or until it has a mousse-like consistency.
  5. Just before serving, decorate each serving with a dollop of blackberry puree

  6. Note: These proportions are approximate, and you can adjust the sugar and other ingredients to your taste preferences.
