Soursop Mousse
Ingredients for 4-6 servings
- 2 cups of La Finca Harvest Soursop puree
- La Finca Harvest blackberry puree for decoration
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of sugar (adjust to taste)
- Two packets of unflavored gelatin (about 14 grams)
- 1/4 cup of water
Instructions
- Dissolve the gelatin in 1/4 cup of water according to the package instructions.
- Combine the soursop puree, heavy cream, dissolved gelatin, and sugar, if needed, in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into serving glasses or bowls.
- Allow the mixture to set in the refrigerator for a few hours or until it has a mousse-like consistency.
- Just before serving, decorate each serving with a dollop of blackberry puree
Note: These proportions are approximate, and you can adjust the sugar and other ingredients to your taste preferences.
