Guava Cheesecake
Ingredients for 8-10 servings
- 1 ½ cups of La Finca Harvest guava puree
- 1 ½ cups of crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 2 cups of sour cream
- 1 cup of heavy cream (or whipping cream)
- One teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of powdered sugar (if needed)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In another mixing bowl, beat the sour cream, heavy cream (or whipping cream), 1 cup of guava puree, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until smooth and well combined
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan and smooth the top
- Make sure to refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or until it's firm
- Just before serving, decorate the cheesecake with guava puree
